The difference between giving and lending is this: giving means that the product is no longer yours; you donate it to Qualungeta, and it can then circulate among its members. Lending means that the product remains yours, but someone who needs it can use it, and it will always be returned to you.
People do not change because we ask them to. They change when the context makes it possible.

4. Contact the owner and arrange the exchange.
5. Help keep goods and knowledge in circulation.
