- ● Green: Verified User (registered and verified via PEC, can perform any action)
- ● Yellow: Unverified User (registered but not verified via PEC, can only view)
- ● Red: Blocked or Suspended User (registered and verified via PEC, but blocked by the system or suspended by an administrator). They cannot interact with other people.
